Cancellation Policy

Casual bookings can only be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance via email and a phone call to reception. Cancellations cannot be done online. A cancellation fee of 25% of the full amount will be payable if cancelled within less than 48 hours of the lesson. Ten and five week lesson packages can only be cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the first lesson. A full refund will be provided. Cancellations within less than 48 hours of the first lesson will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Once the first lesson has commenced, no refunds will be provided for the remaining lessons as part of the lesson package. Students are able to reschedule one lesson due to illness if notice is provided no less than 24 hours of the lesson time, but there are no guarantees that additional lessons will be rescheduled if other lessons are cancelled or students don't attend the lesson at the scheduled booking time. An email or phone call needs to be made to the owner to cancel lessons and this cannot be done online. Customers are to be fully dressed and need to conduct professional behaviour at all times online. Singing teachers can cancel at any time if customers show inappropriate behaviour online without a refund.
